Child (below 2 years): FOC for children sharing parent's room on same meal plan as parents (max. 1 child a room in luxe room, max. 2 children in junior-suite & suite).
From the age of 2 to 11 (inclusive): for children sharing parent's room, supplement on breakfast basis 30.00 euros per child (up to 2 children), supplement on half board basis 50.00 euros.
Visitors tax :1.50 € a person a day (can be modified).
Christmas & new year holidays :
- Rate for half board on the night of 24th December 2023:
95 € per person. - Rate for half board on the night of 31st December 2023 :
190 € per person. - The christmas or Sylvester menu for children from 12 to 15 years costs 48€.
For children under 12 years we suggest our special "kids menu". - Minimum 2 nights between 24/12/2022 and 02/01/2023

Stay during 3 nights : 15% discount on the initial booking (B&B or half board). Offer cannot be combined with other "early booking".
Stay during 5 nights: 20% discount on the initial booking (B&B or halfboard)
Stay during 7 nights: 25% discount on the initial booking (B&B or halfboard)
This offers, 20% and 25%, and eraly booking can be combined, expect october and november.
"Early booking" offer
For any booking for at least 4 consecutives nights, reserved 60 days before arrival: 10% discount on the overall stay (accomodation B&B , extras not included).
"Mono-parental'" offer Single room price for 1 adult accompanied by one child until the age of 12 (50% discount on breakfast and half board for the child)

GENERAL TERMS OF SALE
Any booking must be confirmed with a 30% down payment
The balance of the price of the stay and extras have to be paid before leaving the hotel
In case of a long stay, a bill is issued every week
No contest will be taken into an account for reasons that wouldn't have been made known to the management before leavind the hotel

Rooms are available from 2 pm when arriving to 11 am when leaving
TERMS OF CANCELLATION
From 30 to 21 before the arrival date: 25% of the price of the whole stay
From 20 to 8 days berore the arrival date: 50% of the price of the whole stay
From 7 to 3 days before the arrival date: 75% of the price of the whole stay
Less than 3 days before the arrival date: 90% of the price of the whole stay
No show: 100% of the price of the whole stay
