Christmas and New Year Menus
To be booked with the room :
Christmas menu: 24/12/2011 : 110 € per person (beverage non included)
New year menu: 31/12/2011 : 200 € per person (beverage non included)
A minimum three day stay is required between 17/12/2011 and 03/01/2012

General terms of sale
Any booking must be confirmed with a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay.
The balance and all extras have to be payed before leaving the hotel.
In case of an extended stay, a billed is issued every week.
We cannot make any allowance for complaining or contesting about disconveniences that would not have been notified before the departure of the hotel.
Credit cards accepted: Visa, Eurocard-Mastercard, A.Express.
Pets are not authorised.
Rooms are available from 2.00pm on the arrival day and must be vacant before noon on the departure day.

Terms of cancellation
From 30 to 20 days before scheduled arrival : 25% of the whole stay.
From 20 to 8 days before the scheduled date of arrival : 50% of the whole stay.
From 7 to 3 days before the scheduled date of arrival: 75% of the whole stay.
Less than three days before the scheduled date of arrival : 90% of the whole stay.
No show: 100% of the whole stay.
